For international groups · UK and Europe

Equipment finance for your UK or European subsidiary.

Whether your group is headquartered in the USA, Germany or elsewhere, we arrange equipment leasing for its companies in the UK and more than 30 European countries, including newly formed subsidiaries with no trading history of their own.

In short

Why subsidiaries find local funding hard

A local bank sees a small or new company it doesn't know, owned by a parent it can't easily assess, in a jurisdiction it doesn't work in. The group's own bank may not lend locally at all. The result is delay, or a request for security the group isn't willing to give.

We bridge that gap. We structure the deal so the funder can rely on the group's strength, then place it with a funder that operates in the subsidiary's country, in local currency and with local documents.

How we do it

One relationship, funders on the ground

Parent company guarantees

Guarantees put in place across borders, for example in both the UK and Germany, so a new subsidiary can lease on its parent's standing.

Local currency and documents

Sterling, euros or local currency, with agreements in the appropriate language for each country.

Acquisitions

Funding for a group buying a UK or European business, including the company's assets, in a single transaction.

Multi-site and multi-country

Equipment spread across several sites or countries, under one structure and one point of contact.

Imports into the UK or EU

Equipment shipped from the USA or elsewhere, with landing, customs and duties handled.

Not a lender

We place each deal with the best-suited of 40+ funders across 30+ countries. Our fee is typically paid by the funder and disclosed before you sign.
