The calculator spreads the equipment cost into equal monthly rentals over the term at an indicative 6.5% a year. Leases are quoted the way funders write them: 1 + 59 means one rental paid upfront followed by 59 monthly rentals (60 in total); 3 + 57 means three rentals upfront followed by 57. Paying three upfront lowers each rental slightly. Leases across Europe are usually written by a funder in the country where the equipment is used, in local currency. For countries outside the eurozone (for example Sweden, Denmark, Poland or Switzerland), ask a Funding Director for a quote in local currency.

Not necessarily. 6.5% is a guide. The firm rate depends on the lessee's credit, the asset, the term and the country, and is set by the local funder. Comparing 40+ funders often produces pricing below this guide on larger deals.
